We are located at Emory Johns Creek Hospital in the Physicians Plaza, which is located near the southwestern corner of Medlock Bridge Road
(Highway 141) and McGinnis Ferry Road.
Upon entering the lobby of the Physicians Plaza, go past the elevators and walk down the main hallway. We are at the very end of the hallway on the right side, at Suite 101.

For a fee, valet parking is available at the main entrance.

We are open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Friday hours are 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The office is closed on weekends and on all major holidays.
